Very intelligent technical employees from all backgrounds and disciplines. Management notices if you are dedicated and rewards are given appropriately. Opportunities to work with bleeding edge technologies. Flexible work schedule, remote and in office availability, etc.
Cons
Certifications are pushed hard, but strictly for Azure. Not a con, but you must be self-sufficient and have the ability to DYOR as employees are on billable time.
