Pros
Our recent move to be one global business (used to be divided in previous structure between UKMEA and Group) has been really positive, opening the opportunity for a global mindset across the business and in my role I now work and interact with our teams globally which brings new challenges and vibrancy. One of the great aspects is free lunch on Fridays and then at the end of the day, drinks in the kitchen with colleagues as it gives you the chance to unwind at the end of a busy week and socially interact with different teams/people that you don't necessary work with on a daily basis. There is a good approach to flexible working/working from home as it installs that you have trust from your manager that you can manage your workload and job responsibilities with a healthy work/life balance. There are good opportunities to develop networking and client skills by supporting industry/client events with our Marketing and HR teams.
Cons
It would be good to have more visibility of the companies global diversity and inclusion strategy. Comms channels should be more streamlined, as many methods are used (emails/Yammer/Slack/SharePoint) and there can be disconnects with acknowledgements and sharing of business wide communications.
