Pros
The higher ups will be kind to you as long as you make something good, they expect you to score big with whatever it is your skills. If not then they won't even communicate with you at all. Well, there is commission if you did score very big which is a lot of time is just not possible.
Cons
The working environment is unfriendly, no one is there to speak with you other than saying hi, sometimes not. No flexible hour, only 1 hour to eat as a break and if your work is not finished by afternoon, then you eat as you work. Employee benefit is just that coffee machine that is located on a different floor which is mostly for the clients. Oh, you finished your job earlier? Want to refresh yourself by browsing the net? We blocked the speaker of your computer. Job promotion appears to be impossible as they kept giving you an unrealistic target for each month. Why don't you take another portion of someone's work, as if we let you go earlier.
