      As they are all about "winning mentality". The amount of processes and optimizations that are constantly updating can be highly stressful for certain individuals. Specially on the firsts months when you are still trying to understand what is going on.

      - Micromanagement - The CEO is rude to the employees - The clients can be rude as well - Micromanagement (it was very bad) I only worked there for 6 months, but I wanted to quit after 3.
