Pros
I worked for the third party business administration side of the services. Client base companies are heavyweights in business. Opportunity to work on large complex benefit plans.
Cons
New CEO is trimming cost even further than the predecessor company, Xerox HR Services. Multiple rounds of RIFs (reduction-in-force) were executed without notice. Prior to the RIFs the unemployment supplement plan (severance) was reduced to bare minimum. Terminated long term employees suffered by far.
