Pros
Work from home, no worries about driving in bad weather or in the dark. Pay is good for the area I live in. Sadly, these are the only pros.
Cons
Many, many cons. First and foremost, this company is not trustworthy. They have lied to me on several occasions. I sent emails with important questions to my recruiters, hiring managers, trainer, training manager, scheduler, etc. and not one person responded or acknowledged my email. Very unprofessional. Going through the hiring process, I was given a schedule that I had to agree to before they would move me forward and I did. Then during training, we were told we were all working the closing shift (until 12 midnight EST), this is nothing like the schedule I was given when I was hired. Too bad, this is your schedule is basically what I was told when I questioned it. I can't afford to not have a job but I am not happy working for a company that I don't believe respects it's staff. I was hired to be a Customer Care Associate I (that was in my offer letter) but I'm working as a Sales Specialist so I think that they switched my job and my schedule without letting me know.
