You have to do spreadsheet tracking off the clock or as they suggest between calls, which is impossible equipment is faulty and if you have to send it in there is no way for you to work so you don't get paid ADAA or FMLA is had to use . if you are given approved time off due to ADAAA or FMLA and you do not work for three days hey still lock your computer have to call attendance and email/text or call Team lead . if you do one and not the other you are wrote up . This company is a job not long term career .
