Pros

- Tons of freedom, I have been given next to zero work so far. Most days I spend knocking out the insanely long list of training videos given to me or just relax. Its easy and relaxing but I don't feel fulfilled - Friendly people - Fully Remote - Good if you need a paycheck - Early talent program has good intentions

Cons

- Zero opportunity to learn, prove myself, or improve my craft - Pay and benefits are pretty bad - Soulless corporate culture. I would hate to work in their office from what I have seen. I am blessed to be WFH here. - Projects seem to be 10 yrs behind other companies tech-wise, and all pretty boring govt. projects. - The amount of training videos required is absurd, it has been the only thing to do during my 3 months here and the videos are incredibly useless, boring, or unnecessary. - Business outlook doesn't look great - Outdated internal tools Will be leaving this company in the coming weeks. I am grateful they gave me a job after being laid off, but am disappointed in the lack of opportunity I had here. My mentor is an awesome person who I will miss talking to. Conduent's compensation package is okay ( a pretty good pay if you live in a small city with little expenses) , but doesn't come close to competing with other big companies.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
