Pros

There were no pros working at Conduent.

Cons

I was harassed, bullied, discriminated against, and then eventually terminated after I complained about disparate treatment to Conduent ethics, and signed a charge with the EEOC. When management found out I filed the complaints, one manager told me she would do what it takes to defame me through the complaint process since she has her “kid’s student loans to pay”. Consequently, management began harassing and bullying me and the ethics department ignored my requests for transfer. Afterwards, in retaliation, the manager simply revoked my access to the system and emailed my termination to my personal email account, when I never received an unsatisfactory performance report. This company is ruthless, unprofessional, narcissistic, and of course, only the people at the top of the hierarchy have the best lives, they gaslight since they're always right, they think they are the most interesting people in the world, while they pride themselves on their less than mediocre work in the absence of know-how, and bottleneck for job security.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
