Pros
There are a few awesome and talented people here, but they are too comfortable working for an entitled self-victimizing CEO. It was your choice to start the company. Want better results? Be a better business person, install better management, and pay people what they're worth.
Cons
The leadership team doesn't seem to know how to run a business. Retention is abysmal, management is terrible, pretentiousness is super high. There is a sense of entitlement from several of the leaders, particularly the CEO. He gaslights employees until they quit, comply or are fired, and his clique of cheerleaders support him. Departments are always in conflict, and CM's can be catty. Chris attempts to be enlightened, but his privilege is clear to everyone but him, and it continues to go unchecked. There is a lot toxic positivity and nepotism in place. A lot of it feels like Stockholm's syndrome disguised as "performance." Managers blame employees for "low performance", instead of seeing their own lacking management and general business skills. This place is a bedazzled cesspool that is lucky to still be running. It is cannibalizing itself, as it well deserves. STEER CLEAR.
