Pros

Management and team leaders approachable and friendly/professional, as are all the staff Very diverse workforce in terms of ethnic backgrounds and ages Good balance of fun and professionalism Flexible where possible around shift requirements Well equipped canteen and facilities and clean/well lit working environment Great focus on worker safety during Corvid 19 (sanitisers, wipes, distancing etc all in place and well-observed) No favouritism Good access via road and train Close to shops Sandwich man delivers hot and cold food Lifts available if required

Cons

Next to McDonalds and KFC - you may gain weight! Limited parking on-site (but plenty of parking in surrounding area)
