I am happy to have finally found a strong startup where I can make a mark and grow. I am given a good salary, but the opportunity to make money with incentive comp is really good here. The working environment is fun and everyone is happy to come to work. The time off policy is fair and we are all treated like adults and manage our own schedules.

We are seed funded now and starting to make revenue, but until we turn a corner the benefits are not that good at all.
