Pros
I've been working for Connect America full-time for almost two years. The company is fast-paced and well-suited for motivated people who are looking to advance in their careers. Management regularly acknowledges and rewards hard work ethic and professional achievements. I have had multiple opportunities to advance in a fairly short period of time. Connect America is also pretty flexible with subsidizing training and on-going educational programs. My experience with upper-level management has been positive. Senior level executives are very involved in day-to-day operations and are helpful and knowledgeable in informing recommendations and driving change. It's definitely a company where everyone, no matter their position, rolls up their sleeves and gets to work. The work culture has been positive and is increasingly getting better. I have friendly coworkers and a great office environment to walk into every day. I highly recommend Connect America to any candidate. You'll have access to a lot of smart minds, the work is both challenging and rewarding, and you'll find yourself in an environment that really promotes growth and can change your career and life.
