Pros
I have been at Connect America for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. I feel very appreciated of my work and my manager is super easy going. I do not feel micromanaged at all. It is a nice welcoming environment where my coworkers are really nice and also professional. I would definitely recommend working for Connect America!
Cons
A little slow at times as I am used to working in a faster paced environment at my previous employer but no complaints other than that.
