The agents are allowed to treat the customers horribly and the managers co sign it and allow it. This company doesn’t value quality assurance at all and it shows. The customers are yelled at given wrong information and products on a regular basis. Between sales and collections the company treats the customers horribly and turn the other cheek. Managers are out of touch and ignorant.
