Pros
The team is full of all-star people within their field and everyone works hard. It is a fully remote office and there is a lot of trust among the team that you will get your work done within whatever working hours you prefer (within reason). This lends itself to a wonderful work-life balance, at least for me. Management understands the concept of comp time so that if you bust yourself to meet a deadline, you can take comp days to make up for the long hours. Compensation is good, benefits are very good. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and take on new skills if you want it.
Cons
It's a fully remote office, which can be hard for some people. In a remote workplace you really have to make it your business to actively reach out to people to know what's happening across teams. Roles and responsibilities aren't always clear while moving from a start-up culture of "everyone, does everything," to growing and building the team with intention. There is no 401k match.
