Benefits are great and leaders are always willing to help

Cons

The company expects us to handle calls within a maximum time of like 4.5 minutes and to be friendly and pleasant while being complained to from angry and stupid people. Surveys from people unhappy about things that are out of our control (like rate increases) are counted against us.
