Pros
- Huge room to improve yourself, you can learn a lot of things and try a lot of things without worrying about getting forced into something you don't like - Supportive environment and nice colleagues - Work-life balance is well maintained - WFH first company - Compensations gets better and better despite current pandemic situation - Every voice is meaningful, you can disagree and people will still hear you
Cons
- You need to adapt quickly as changes can occur at any point of time - Quite tricky to balance best practices and chasing the OKR, however the workloads are kept at a healthy level - Some teams does not have a roadmap making them vulnerable to ad hoc works whenever they needed
