      Management doesn’t suck. Upper management does.

      Cons

      Nothing works. Can’t get our paychecks right. Constantly changing systems. No communication.

      Pros

      Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Cons

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
