      It is our responsibility to prepare and develop all of our team members to help them get the most out of their potential. Sometimes that potential is not realized but it is always coached to numerous times before any employee is let go.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
