I may also be misreading things but your Pro is not a Pro... that means why did you like working here... if you were a top performer, you would say things like "amazing award trips. We are going to Cabo this year!" Or... "Great contests - they gave away a brand new car!" Or... "Amazing growth potential if you perform and competitive benefits and pay!". Also... "and don't pay them"... I promised myself I would not tease about the grammar... Seriously though, If you have an issue with a commission check, let us know and we will explain it.
