      Decent pay , fun sales environment, and easily sellable product. Other Regions and Markets are Great!

      Poor Uppermanagement! The West Texas area to be specific. DMs sleeping with managers to MEs, Director doing the same, a lot of promises that never came to fruition, Upper management will jump on you for 1 bad month when they very rarely if ever do quality visits in which they actually do their job, instead they just come in because they have to. HORRIBLE insurance. Stay away from the WEST TEXAS market…

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
