Pros
Connectivity Wireless Solutions is a growing company with big dreams. It's a fast-paced, fun environment that has a"get stuff done" mentality while having a good time. I feel like I am given the autonomy to make decisions and the runway to fail and learn fast. I felt like part of the family on day one. I had a computer, all my accounts were ready, a company T-shirt on my desk, and welcome message on the workplace (facebook for companies). My boss works with me on personal stuff and as long as I take care of business at work. For example, he made sure I had time to go to the doctor, get a haircut, and meet the electrician at the house. Many times, they let me work from home depending on the day and workload. This is an awesome company, with awesome people, doing awesome things. I am glad am here :).
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment - much like a startup. I like it, but others might not.
