Pros
CP has great benefits like unlimited PTO. Employees are able to spend a month abroad at our Dublin office. And they have a program for student loan debt pay down that saved me thousands. To me the perks are invaluable and have made a positive impact on my wellbeing. I have learned so much at CP and I enjoy seeing the people around me learn and grow as well. I like that I work on varying industries, this allows me to stay relevant across many categories.
Cons
Growth at CP is about experiences and not necessarily about quick promotions/title changes. This can be frustrating for some, but CP prepares you for navigating challenging situations. Other agencies at times throw you into the fire with a title ranking you aren't ready for and to me that actually stunts growth. So while promotion timeframes might seem like a con to some I see this as a positive. Integration is sometimes lacking but having worked at other agencies of this size I know we aren't the only ones. I do think we could benefit from more operational processes especially as we grow.
