Generally, good co-workers.. Ops and support are really good at their job and are pro-active. You might want to stay here for a long time if you got a good client. Lots of employee engagement activities
Cons
*they tend to Micromanage people a lot - they will track your mouse movement and your breaks. They will only give you 15 mins of break the whole day and will call you if you go above. 2. Workload is not aligned with the salary. 3. Leadership can be toxic - the very reason why I decided to resign is because of my toxic TL. They tend to make a big deal out of honest mistakes and that triggered my anxiety. I cannot stop thinking of work even on the weekends and it is taking a toll on my well being - physically, emotionally and socially. The worst is that we cannot voice this out as the TL created a good impression to the Management and gets all the commendation for most of our works *You might feel stagnant after staying 2-3 years. The competition is tough and there are only few opportunities to grow. In my case, the Leadership sees us, the Team Members, as competitors rather than team mates.
