      Pros

      (1) Great place if you want to experience China SOE culture but with a MNC fascade. (2) Low profile, sounds like a big brand, but no one knows it in Asia.

      Cons

      Toxic. Bullying is normal. Sales can't sell. Leaders can't lead. Staff turnover speaks volumes.

      Pros

      Heath benefits are amazing and matching 401k Never an issue taking vacation. Tuition reimbursement for free the first 2 years of employment. Being able to obtain my Masters Degree has been attainable because of Conning.

      Cons

      Cons: If there are any, I have approachable managers ready to guide and lead.
