First, thank you for your review we take this feedback very seriously and we are disappointed you didn’t have a better experience at CGO. It is true that we are hard workers, and certain times of the year are more stressful than others. For our line of work, this is unavoidable (like during renewal season). We do our best to accommodate periods of extra work with added flexibility like in the summertime when we have ½ day Fridays, unlimited PTO starting in 2023, and a hybrid work environment where you only have to be in the office 2 days a week.
Per your comment about being an old-school mindset.. We feel we are a very inclusive company, we have people from all different backgrounds and we welcome all. We really value our employee’s feedback – whether they have “old school” or “progressive” mindsets we make company policies with their feedback in mind. A good example of this is our hybrid work environment – we surveyed all employees and we’ve made company policy decisions based on this feedback.
Lastly, regarding your statement about the “really bad” benefits – we value all our current and former employees’ feedback and we’d be happy to learn more about what specifically you feel needs to be improved about our benefits package.
