Top down approach of transparency regarding company information and performance at regular all hands Dignified leaver process (when someone is leaving it isn't globally announced until about a week before which prevents people from being treated as a leaver until right at the end) - Had this with my ex manager who had worked at the company for 8 years and they appreciated it. Excellent flexibility with clients during COVID which says something about not throwing people under the bus Generally working with very likeable and dedicated colleagues From my own personal experience salary has been in line with the industry if not exceeding slightly Willing to make tough decisions early on to make the business more technically capable where needed No feeling of hierarchy Lots of employees with 5+ years at the company who know the clients back to front Seen multiple internal progressions in both the SA and UK office
Cons
Occasional expected turbulence with staffing changes Sometime work/life balance slips a bit but extra hours are appreciated and not imposed Somewhat hyper focus on big ticket clients but this is capitalism ;)
