Pros

Usually, your direct leadership is amazing to work with, and they care about you as a person and try their best to make your job easier and enjoyable. You usually can work from home.

Cons

Spyware on your computer to watch every move. Even if your productivity is showing down on their spyware due to the workload dropping, you get in trouble. Will only ever give you a 3% raise or a bonus that is a 0.5% raise equivalent. raise insurance premiums by 20% every year. They claim your pay is competitive with other companies in the industry, but if you look at certain positions in other people's companies, you are heavily underpaid. They move positions to overseas workers and don't give you a notice, and don't have other work lined up for you. If they do its either you go into leadership to keep your pay, or you take a massive pay cut. You are either overworked or bored out of your mind because they don't have work for you. Your PTO doesn't roll over, and they don't pay it out. You have to use it, or you lose it, but yet you get in trouble if you use it too often. If you use it, you also come back to more work because more often than not, your work doesn't get done while you are gone.

Pros

Benefits (Paid Time Off, Healthcare Benefits), coworkers.

Cons

Pay, hoops needed to jump through to make positive changes, in office work (distractions) when majority of team is remote. It’s expected to drive within 30 miles (30 minutes in my case) of the office to work a full shift with no flexibility. If I need to make adjustments with my schedule for my family’s sake, I’m expected to drive 30 minutes home to deal with those situations, then drive 30 minutes back into office to finish my schedule or else I have to use PTO or 1/20 of my work from anywhere days. It’s not even half way though the year and I’ve had to use 10 work from anywhere days to be able to work at home to deal with family needs and situations. This company is turning into a corporate America company that doesn’t care about employees and makes us choose between family and our job with no flexibility of making things up at home. I miss when Dave was in charge! Life was so much better back then! Profit sharing, dine with Dave, FLEXIBILITY!
