Pros
The flexibility with being able to work from home is very nice, even four years after Covid began. My direct managers are always very kind, and treat me like a human, not just a product. They are understanding when life emergencies happen.
Cons
HR and Executives give the impression that they do not care for their employees as people. The pay is not good, it hasn't increased to keep up with inflation. It's difficult to support a family even as a full time manager. There are pockets within the company of catty, cliquey behavior that is tolerated by upper management. Managers will treat you differently if they don't like you personally, and there are no consequences except for the individual being treated poorly. Domestic workers have been pushed out to make room for cheaper labor over seas.
