      They actually care about people with families and the commitments that come with that. That is so hard to find!

      Good work-life balance. Partner’s open door policy. Lots of support from management.

      Cons

      Busy tax season, but that’s everywhere in public accounting. Salaries are not as competitive as other firms for people with the same experience.
