Pros
Great people, good humour among the staff and generally good atmosphere in the office. Good pay as well and can work close with the 2 partners.
Cons
Poor management, no benefits at all - even though they are a small part it still makes you feel good if you get benefits, promotion can be stifled if management just don't like you- even if you have the potential and are willing to learn, training is non-existent - seriously please provide at least 1 week of training a year it can really help everyone succeed in their roles. french and English- you ideally need both to succeed in the firm and gain promotion quicker. If you are English and happen to be new- growth can be really stifled in the firm as they certainly have a quota of people speaking English at management level. Also please have some standards of what you expect of each grade- please don't make people guess as to their actual responsibilities are. Also if you not going to train your seniors, at LEAST train a LITTLE BIT your junior members of staff so that Seniors are not baby-sitting them all the time and not doing their actual work.
