Cons
Where do I begin? The unprofessionalism in this company is like nothing I have ever seen, and it comes straight down from the CEO being the ringleader. Most of the directors and vp's are completely worn out and unable to help their managers effectively, because they are worked to the bone and screamed at all day by a leader who is completely mentally unstable. Constant drama and every single thing is left to the last minute. The company takes any piece of business it can get and then all the managers get yelled at for their inability to perform because of bad business decisions by the heads of the company. Constant turnover and a total lack of loyalty. The only people with half a brain end up running away screaming or get fired for sticking up for themselves or their managers. My boss basically lived in constant fear of getting in trouble and was always stressed out. Horrible environment!
