Pros

Competitive Base Salary plus annual bonus

Cons

Avoid this job and company. While the salary and company website appear great, the organizational culture is toxic and unsupportive of employees. There is a significant lack of alignment between department managers and the stated company culture. The company publicly communicates a message of equity, inclusion, and fairness to employees, but this vision is not supported by department and frontline managers. The work environment is toxic, and there is poor communication from supervisors to staff. This company is cut throat,

Pros

Working at Constellation has been an incredibly positive experience. The leadership team genuinely values employee feedback and creates an environment where everyone feels heard, respected, and supported. Collaboration is encouraged across all levels, and new ideas and insights are welcomed with openness and appreciation. As a Project Manager, I’ve experienced strong teamwork, professional respect, and a culture where colleagues are always willing to help one another succeed. The company truly fosters growth, innovation, and a positive work environment that makes employees feel valued every day.

Cons

I don't have any cons at the moment.

Pros

Coworkers are all intelligent and overall good people to spend 12hrs a day with.

Cons

The department is perpetually understaffed. You’ll never actually work an 8hr shift, because no one is dumb enough to vote for that schedule. There’s not enough operators to fill the schedule without being forced all the time for 16hr shifts. Be prepared to be forced for OT on a regular basis even with a 12hr schedule. If your family is important, then this probably is not a good long-term plan. You’re going to miss sports, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc. You live at work and home is a place you sleep. The company might advertise company holidays, but that just means you get paid a little more for being here on those days.
