The unprofessionalism I have seen here is mind-boggling.The last reviewer is correct: employees WILL act as though you want their job, and I have seen some stymie the progress of employees who showed promise and worked harder than the rest. I've seen tellers literally say "What's up, sir?" to customers, surf the internet (a serious security risk!), chat on their cellphone, make racial and sexual jokes at the expense of others, and management arrive late and leave early yet chew out others who do the same. The few professionals that are here seem too polite to speak up or mysteriously leave/get ousted. Customers can be rude, as well, yet this could be a sign of bad customer service to begin with.
