Money, I guess? Its better than being unemployed and keeps my clearance active
Cons
Management is an absolute mess. NO communications between supervisors, schedule mix ups, spiteful supervisors, have to pay close attention to your paystub because they might not have recorded the right number of hours, even then it might not get fixed for weeks/ever, in general it is a mess. Extremely high turnover, and nothing that's keeping us here as the 'bonus' is a joke.
