Pros
The senior leadership has improved - new leaders, new thinking and ways of working. There's no politics, people just get on with it. Relaxed, respectful place and we just get it done. Everything is going in the right direction - our automotive business is growing like a weed; aerospace is growing in new markets and packaging is doing great too. Our share price is up 80% at least.... credibility has been regained with investors (as seen in our share price) and our level of debt is gone way down.
Cons
We need to share information more quickly and not get stuck into our silos. We don't actively sell our business enough to future candidates - especially sales and engineer types - either through word of mount or getting into colleges / universities. We are like a big hidden secret
