Pros
Some coworkers genuinely tried to support each other, just to survive the madness.
Cons
Working here was like being trapped in a never-ending cycle of stress and burnout. Every week, the workload got heavier, no adjustments, no warnings, just more and more dumped on us. It didn’t matter if teams were already stretched thin or if deadlines were unrealistic. Leadership made all the decisions behind closed doors, and we were expected to just keep up without asking questions. Feedback loops barely existed, and when we did speak up, it felt like shouting into a void. No one was listening. Eventually, burnout became the norm, not the exception. People looked exhausted all the time, and management didn’t care as long as the work got done. The entire system felt insane, driven by pressure, disconnection, and abusive expectations. Honestly, it was ridiculous how out of touch things were.
