Pros

I have worked for Constructeam for almost 4yrs and I couldn't ask for a better place to work for. I have worked in a corporate setting for 10+ yrs where everyone was just a number. Here, you are made to feel like family, where you matter and where you have a voice, not just management! Constructeam is constantly training and updating their services to keep up with our growing industry. They take pride in everything they do to insure that all of our customers and employees are well taken care of. Constructeams family friendly atmosphere makes it easy to get our of bed each morning and come to work. Constructeams employees are treated very well with company potlucks, employee birthday celebrations, anniversary recognition, and not to mention generous benefits and bonuses. Constructeam also provides you with a great work/home balance and offers opportunities for you to advance within the company. I am so pleased to be part of this family!

Pros

Friendly environment, very organized company, everyone that works here is very nice and family oriented. Many fun activities like birthday lunches and Biggest Loser program.

Cons

It'd be nice to get some different kinds of coffee. Maybe an espresso machine :)
