- Clean slate: No huge legacy code (particularly in ML components) - Modern tech stack spanning various project types (Computer Vision / GenAI) - Remote work options - Effective management for most projects - Regular salary indexation
Cons
- career development looks veeery difficult for linear developer (cause 'perfomance review and appraisal' procedures arent exists), bonuses also not supposed - company strategy can change rapidly that can affect some project in curious way (typical thing for startups) - some ideas of top management may seem strange
