I wouldn't even give a star but had to as it's required. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I had some interaction with them in 2015 and I'm not sure if the people I dealt with have moved. For starters, it is a typical desi consulting firm with small number of employees. They have no proper structure and small team of people acted as recruiters and HR. I needed some help with visa sponsorship and reached out to them in Jan 2015. They were located in Jersey city at that time. However, the main person at that time behaved like a salesperson and super interested to lock down everyone who came in for visa. As i'm not an indian citizen, I was applying for non-H1B visa as I qualified under other categories and it had no lottery and all that. However, he was promised about getting the visa filed immediately but it took him 4 MONTHS to file the visa as he prioritized filing for H1B holders. To cut the long story short, he wasn't responsive after receiving the money and delayed email responses. Of course, after grueling 4 months, they applied and no response for another 2 months. It was weird as most of other australian friends received their visa in 3 weeks. I called them repeatedly and he after few weeks they responded saying I had received a RFE. WHAT?? why RFE? As guessed, took them a month to respond to RFE and there was no response for another 2 months. I wasted literally 6 months engaging with them. I cancelled my application and asked for some returning some of the money. As guessed, none was returned. It was a stressful situation with them!
