Great core values and fun place to work

Consumer Brands is one of the best environments I have had the opportunity to work in. It has a great atmosphere, caring employees, and a huge focus on a work/life balance. I have never had a job that was so nurturing to my individual culture and identity; I feel like I can be myself here. The company is always growing and I have always seen room for myself to grow here. I have never felt so encouraged to push above and beyond and show what I am truly capable of. I have been able to make so many friends here and there really is a great community here to grow and learn with. I see myself staying with Consumer Brands for the long run.

As mush as I love Consumer Brands, there are some downsides. I know there is room for growth, but there is not so much a set plan yet, so where you are going to end up is not exactly set in stone. Also, if you do work here, be prepared for change. Changes are always going on around here, and the usually happen within a matter of moments. Your desk will change. The faces next to you will change. You may even change building entirely.
