Free health care, dental, eye care Offers STO, PTO and flex time as available - accrual basis Donates to local charities and community service Management is caring and flexible Training is thorough if you pay attention and are looking for growth Ability to promote is easy and simple if you are reliable and interested Feedback and assistance is available at all times Growth is the goal for both employees and company Employees shape the future - ideas are always welcomed Great overtime available for those that want it We are an essential business so no closing of the site - work is always available Attendance is lax but if you are one to take advantage of the policy you might not last long - our customers and company rely on you to be present for your shift This is an inbound call center so you will have calls incoming - it is vital to be prepared to answer your calls and help our customers If you have a good work ethic, want to make great money, looking for a particular job title, or just looking for quality free benefits this is the job for you!

Cons

Simply put... there are none! Those that complain about the attendance policy or are unsatisfied about having to met metrics are those that don’t want to do the basic requirements of the position. Consumer Cellular is a stand up company that is owned and operated by compassionate, straightforward, and successful individuals. At Consumer Cellular we are family and when we all support each other we flourish! John and Greg are fantastic people who strive to make the best decisions everyday! They take great pride in each employee and always give credit where credit is due. I have worked at Consumer Cellular for years and still feel very thankful that they gave me the opportunity to work as part of the team.

Pros

Consumer Cellular has an incredibly supportive culture where leadership, fellow trainers, and other departments work together and genuinely want people to succeed. I feel trusted to lead classes, coach new hires, and contribute beyond just delivering training. The role allows me to use my strengths in teaching, coaching, and developing others while making a meaningful impact on employees' growth and confidence. The remote work environment, work-life balance, stability, and opportunities for continuous learning make it an enjoyable place to work. Most importantly, I feel valued, supported, and empowered to do my job effectively, which has made this one of the most positive work experiences of my career.

Cons

The role requires a high level of energy and engagement each day, and advancement opportunities may be more limited depending on organizational needs. However, these challenges are relatively minor compared to the overall positive experience and support provided by the company.
