Pros
Excellent training, lots of different shifts
Cons
The adherence and time thing going on is rather Nazi like. If your sick and they warn you in training you are going to be sick since it's a call center if you miss more than one day your out the door. The atmosphere is always like this could be your last day no one ever feels comfortable. The cameras around the building for security make you feel insecure cause big brother is watching and the monitoring is so intense it's scarey. Serious trust issues going on. 30 minute lunches really this is 2014 its not the gravel pit in the Bedrock, you cannot go to a McDonalds for food, you barely get your lunch eaten when you have to go back to your desk. A healthy environment would give people time to eat and even digest there food, maybe people would be healthier having time to eat and maybe get 20-30 minutes of exercise walking around the building? It's sales people reward people for sales the bonus business is a cop out to avoid paying commissions. All the qualifications to earn a measly extra $500 bucks geez it's not worth it the hassle or the struggle. Supervisors telling employees "Its a bonus the company does not have to offer anything basically tells employees you do not want to offer anything so don't, pay a better hourly wage to all temps and perms and keep the bonus for your own pockets. Starting pay should be $15 an hour especially in Oregon think folks where can you rent a place to live on $13 bucks an hour in this town.
