Sadly, this company removed two important core values. Love what you do and smart choices. It makes total sense as neither of those are made a priority. The senior leadership makes emotional decisions that impact their staff. None of the decisions are data-driven. When explained the directors blame our chief engagement officer for “throwing a tantrum.” None of the directors are held accountable for their outbursts and blatant favoritism. As you can see from the many recent reviews, CCI is only responding to positive reviews as they have no intentions of following up or improving. Being owned by a financial investment firm money is the only important item, not the people. Everything is focused on maximizing profit even at the frontline expense. These profits are not put back into the business for systems that don’t crash or competitive wages. We are only left to assume they go to GTCR for more gain. It is very disappointing that the mid-level leaders have become the fall guys for the senior leadership failure. Supervisors are left to take on every burden that cannot be completed by the departments responsible for doing the job because the planning of departments and budgets is so far off from reality. At this point, it seems intentional to make sure the company doesn’t exceed the goal and the bonus is less. This leads to more profit for GTCR.
