      Not enough involvement in the company. I wanted to be part of more in the company and was told I could but then would be told otherwise by different people.

      Very friendly people always willing to help. Benefits are decent with a focus on safety and health. Flexible in-office, 3 days a week. Lots of opportunities to make a difference!

      There are some pockets of negativity from long-term employees who are struggling to adapt to change.
