We've recently started adapting OKRs as a way of creating more transparency and alignment around collective goals. Some days it works out well and some days are harder! One thing's for sure: the team tries its best to move forward with what we're doing well and what we can do better so we can all learn continuously. (That's also why it changes every quarter and some even overlap with the next quarter to give teams ample capacity to meet (or change) them
While it's not a perfect space, we do encourage having courageous conversations with your manager to fully understand the scope and impact of OKRs and to help you align and prioritise new ones. Good intentions paired with constructive feedback that's shared respectfully, will always have a place here.
