Pros

Only pro is they provide WFH (Remote Work)

Cons

-Need to work on almost all saturdays and sundays and national holidays -Management is not technical so they will overpromise and underdeliver and shout at devs in standup meetings -Too much beareaucracy (For some project they have 2 devs and 3 managers) -Sometimes BAs will treat you as they're your manager and micromanage and wont let you work

Helps build your resume Will better your skills as an agent Remote possibility after a certain time frame and with maintained KPIs Reliable check and overtime potential

Cons

Dreadful management Major office politics Extreme lack of communication in the entirety of my employment Agents are treated as numbers Ideas of opportunities for growth are preached but severely limited and is significantly influenced by office politics
