Pros
ContactUs has been a blessing to the community that has provided countless jobs to those in the area. Toby has done an amazing job turning our building around and has made employee satisfaction his number one goal. The leadership team works closely with one another and ensures that the day to day grind flows fluently. The re-birth of our fun committee team has brought life back to the company and made our tight knit site even closer as every project has a member on the committee. Our HR coordinator holds true to the definition of a “Open Door Policy” as she is more than willing to lend an ear to vent, addresses any concerns in a timely manner, and the most important thing is she approachable and fair. The entire staff from upper management to Agent level is truly a great group of people. I look forward to coming into work everyday and I know plenty of others who feel the same way. I enjoy my job and the people I work with.
Cons
There are no cons that come to mind. We can always use facility upgrades however it does not have any impact on my view of the company as these are just cosmetic changes (ie. windows, more seating as we are almost at full capacity, upgraded carpeting, etc..).
