      Actually seeing the projects through fabrication

      Cons

      Very high turnover of staff in engineering. Once out lead engineer left after 8 years, the most senior designers had 6 months on-the-job experience.

      Fair salary, Co-workers are nice people, not stressfu gig and flexible work hours. The CEO is a great person.

      No much room for growth.
